The air was filled with laughter, and excitement as Girl Scouts, families, and friends gathered at the much-anticipated Tent-or-Treat North at The Patch, 10 River Road! It was a day filled with thrilling adventures and spooky fun, leaving everyone with unforgettable memories.

From making new friends to exploring the Halloween-themed tents and wandering through the challenging corn maze, every moment was a treasure trove of excitement. The games and Girl Scout activities at the booths brought smiles and joy to all who participated. Amidst the festive ambiance, Girl Scouts were proud to receive their official GSCCC Tent or Treat patches and, of course, their very own pumpkins to take home, marking the day with an extra touch of Halloween magic.

What truly made this event a standout were the extraordinary costumes. From the whimsical to the slightly spooky, the creativity displayed was simply astonishing. Among the thrills of the day, the essence of the Girl Scout message shone brightly. Girls were encouraged to embrace their uniqueness, learning that they’re “Boo-tiful” just the way they are—confident, kind, brave, and positive.

The day wasn’t just about the treats and tricks; it was a creative haven. Girl Scouts had the chance to craft their own Halloween masterpieces to take home, dabbled in face painting, and even had a lesson in pumpkin varieties from Farmer Sam, enriching their knowledge about these beloved symbols of the season.

Tent-or-Treat 2023 was a perfect blend of fun and learning, showcasing the values of togetherness and the spirit of Halloween. We thank everyone who joined us for making this day a spooky success, and we can’t wait to brew up more enchantment next time!
