Despite council upper management changes, troops should be able to open new accounts at all three council-sponsored banks (Rabobank, Wells Fargo, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust). Every account needs to have three (3) signers on each account, ONE BEING EITHER THE SU MANAGER or SU TREASURER, who should be receiving the monthly bank statements. **Any problems that may arise at Rabobank branches, please ask the teller to call the Castroville branch: 831-633-3302 for clarification.
